摘要
民办高职院校作为教育系统的重要组成部分,在该系统中所起到的作用不容忽视。民办高职院校的学生党建队伍的重要性不言而喻。同其他高校相比,高职类的学生因为整体素质的差别化,在党建工作中存在不少问题。结合所在高职学校的具体情况与党建工作经验,分析学生党建工作队伍在建设过程中出现的问题,总结出开展学生党建工作队伍建设必须多元化的创新思路。
