摘要
实习支教是近年来国内一些高校师范专业实践教学改革的一项重要举措。实习支教,强化了师范生实践教学,提高师范生的专业素质。但也突显出实习岗位与所学专业不能很好匹配、实习指导缺位问题,支教课时量多、教学任务重等问题。实习支教在提高师范生实践教学能力的同时,也应关注实习支教的"对接"的价值和专业发展的可持续性价值。
Teaching - assistance is an important measure of practice teaching reform in some colleges in recent years. It has strengthened students ’ practice teaching and improved their professional qualities, but it has alsohighlighted problems of bad match between the internship positions and their majors, the guidance vacancy and heavy teaching tasks and so on. Therefore, the value of matching and the sustainability of professional development should be also involved in teaching - assistance programs while improving students, teaching abilities.
