摘要
通过分析建筑物产生沉降的原因,从地基承载力验算、改善基础形式、优化建筑材料与外型、合理设置沉降缝等方面,阐述了预防建筑物沉降的措施,从而确保建筑物的安全性。
Through analyzing building settlement causes,starting from aspects of foundation bearing check,improving foundation form,optimizing building material and appearance,and rationally setting settlement joint,the paper describes measures of preventing building settlement,so as to guarantee the building safety.
