中药联合针灸治疗未破裂卵泡黄素化不孕患者20例 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察自拟促排卵汤联合针刺加热敏灸治疗未破裂卵泡黄素化不孕患者的临床疗效,为治疗未破裂卵泡黄素化不孕患者提供更有效的临床治疗方案。方法:选取至江西中医药大学附属医院门诊就诊的未破裂卵泡黄素化不孕的患者40例,采取随机分组法,分为对照组20例和观察组20例,观察组给予自拟促排卵汤口服联合针刺加热敏灸治疗,对照组单纯给予自拟促排卵汤口服,两组患者都必须严密监测卵泡,对比两组患者的疗效。结果:观察3个月经周期后,观察组患者成功妊娠率明显升高,有效率达80%;对照组有效率达65%;观察组与对照组对比(P<0.05)。结论:自拟促排卵汤联合针刺加热敏灸治疗未破裂卵泡黄素化不孕患者比单纯口服自拟促排卵汤疗效更好,值得临床推广。
