摘要
特色小镇的建设是经济新常态下供给侧结构性改革的战略选择,是加快产业转型升级和推动经济发展的重要举措。通过梳理国内外特色小镇的发展现状,总结分析福建省建设特色小镇在产业、政策方面的相关基础,并从加强品牌建设、升级传统产业、优化创业创新环境、完善政府引导机制等方面提出福建省特色小镇建设的路径选择。
The construction of characteristic towns is the strategic choice of the supply-side structural reform in the new normal economy,and also an important measure to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of industries and promote the economic development.Through carding the development status of characteristic towns at home and abroad,the related foundations of industry and policy for constructing the characteristic towns in Fujian were summarized and analyzed.Then,the countermeasures were put forward from four aspects including strengthening the brand building,upgrading the traditional industries,optimizing the environment of entrepreneurship and innovation,perfecting the government guidance mechanism,thus to provide the path choice for the construction of characteristic towns in Fujian.
