摘要
培养高等中医药院校大学生创新创业实践能力,是推动国家健康产业发展和缓解不断扩大的社会就业压力的需要。长春中医药大学围绕大学生创新创业能力培养进行了研究与实践,通过几年来的建设与运行,构建了以实践能力培养为基础,以创新创业思维培养为核心,着力培养学生创新创业能力的课程体系;形成了理论与实践紧密结合、课内与课外紧密结合、专业知识和创新创业能力紧密结合的人才培养模式。对高等中医药院校大学生创新创业实践能力培养具有指导意义。
It is necessary to cultivate the innovation ability, entrepreneurial ability and practical ability of students in higher colleges and universities of Chinese medicine to promote the development of national health industry and relieve the pressure of social employment.Changchun University of Chinese Medicine carries out research and practice about the culti-vating of students＇ innovative ability and entrepreneurial ability.Through several years of construction and operation, it con-structs the curriculum system which takes practical ability training as the foundation, the innovation and entrepreneurship training as the core, and focus on the training of students＇innovative ability and entrepreneurial ability.It forms a personnel training mode which combines theory and practice, intramural and extra-curricular, professional knowledge and innovation a-bility closely.It is of guiding significance to cultivate students＇ability of innovation and practice in higher colleges and uni-versities of Chinese medicine.
