碱酸法从石煤中提取石墨工艺的研究

摘要 文章对晶致石墨矿碱酸法单因素分析实验结果表明:碱熔条件为Na OH/C质量比3.8g/10g、碱熔焙烧温度600℃、碱熔焙烧时间90min;酸浸条件为盐酸浓度8%、HCl/C用量比为20ml/5g、酸浸温度80℃、酸浸时间150min为最佳工艺。最后运用SEM、XRD、XPS等检测表明,固定碳含量从74.02%提升到90.43%。 Experiment based on acid alkali method to graphite. By designing the single factor experiment come to the best process : alkali fusion condition is the quality of NaOH/C is 3.8g/10 g , roasting temperature is 600℃ ,roasting time is 90 min. Acid leaching condition is concentration of hydrochloric acid is 8 % , the dosage of HCl/C ratio is 20 ml/5g , pickling temperature is 80 ℃ ,pickling time is 150 min. Finally, by four kinds of detection methods such as Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD ), X -ray photoelectron spectroscopy and Raman spectrum analysis, the results show that fixed carbon content of the sample can increase from 74.02% to 90.43%.
