摘要
深化高等职业院校学生宿舍的管理不仅有利于校园的和谐稳定,而且对优化教育环境和促进学生全面发展有着重要的意义。在部分高职院校学生宿舍管理工作中存在缺乏专业队伍人员、缺乏一套系统的规章制度、宿舍文化氛围薄弱等问题。可通过构建一支专业化的学生社区管理团队,创建一套符合高职院校特点系统化的学生社区管理制度,营造健康文明和谐、富有时代信息的住宿文化氛围等途径来加强高职院校中学生住宿的管理工作。
The significance of deepening the dorm management in higher vocational colleges lies in strengthening the campus harmony and stability and booming all-round development of students. Currently there exist some problems in the dorm management in the higher vocational colleges, such as the lack of professional personal and systematic managing regulations and the absence of dorm culture. In order to improve the dorm management, it is quite necessary to organize a professional management team, set up a series of systematic rules and regulations conforming to the higher vocational colleges and build up harmonious dorm culture to keep up with the times.
