摘要
为了研究企业安全领导和安全氛围的相互关系,编写了调查问卷并在煤矿企业进行调查,收回有效问卷450份.对安全领导问卷进行探索性因子分析后得到3个因子:主动管理、安全激励和安全监督;对安全氛围问卷进行探索性因子分析后得到4个因子:管理层安全承诺、安全培训、员工安全参与和员工安全意识.应用结构方程模型建立了安全领导和安全氛围因果关系模型,该模型表明安全领导各因子对安全氛围各因子有直接或间接的正向影响,变革型安全领导方式对员工感知企业安全氛围的影响比交易型安全领导方式更为明显.
In order to study the relationship between safety leadership and safety climate in coalmines,self-administered questionnaires that included safety leadership scale and safety climate scale were used to collect data in three coalmines in China.The number of returned valid questionnaires was 450.Exploratory factor analysis identified three factors of safety leadership which were active management,safety motivation and safety monitor.Exploratory factor analysis also identified four factors of safety climate which were safety commitment,safety training,safety involvement and safety awareness.The structural equation modeling results suggest that the three factors of safety leadership positively affects the four factors of safety climate directly and indirectly,and the transformational safety leadership makes employee perception safety climate more apparent than the transactional leadership style.
