摘要
针对生活不能自理的病人的特殊需要,本文根据护理床能够完成的动作,对多功能护理床进行了总体结构设计。设计了具有抬背、翻身、落腿以及排泄功能的4个机构,并对所有运动机构进行了运动学分析,同时采用Pro/e的运动仿真模块对护理床进行了运动仿真。仿真结果表明,该护理床各机构在运动过程中,速度和加速度的变化都比较平缓,且冲击力较小,符合设计要求。该护理床不但能帮助缺乏自理能力的患者实现翻身、抬背、屈膝动作及患者床上大小便功能,而且还解决了护理人员在照顾病人过程中的诸多不便,减小了护理人员的劳动强度。该设计更好地满足了特殊人群的需要,解决了长期以来普遍存在的病人护理难等多方面的问题,具有一定的现实意义。
Multifunctional nursing bed is designed for hospital and patients who can＇t take care of themselves.According to the action multifunctional nursing bed can complete,this study is made an overall structural design for the multifunctional nursing bed.This multifunctional nursing bed mainly includes back part,turning part,drop leg part and bowel part.It also proposed kinematics analysis for all mechanisms using motion simulation module in Pro/e.The simulation results show that its speed and acceleration are relatively flat and its impact force is also lesser during exercises.So the conclusion is that the disign of multifunctional nursing bed meets the requirements.This multifunctional nursing bed can help patient to turn over his body,to lift his back,to bend his knees,and to take a toilet on the bed.This multifunctional nursing bed solves some inconvenience in the course of nursing patient and reduces labor intensity of nursing staff.Multifunctional nursing bed can better meet the special needs of these patients and solve prevalent difficulties in patient care for a long time.So the multifunctional nursing has certain practical significance.
