摘要
介绍了宝钢股份炼钢厂一炼钢分厂2台LF炉烟尘排放现状,分析了处理过程中烟气的来源和性质,对比了不同处理阶段、不同吹氩条件下烟气的发生量,以及LF炉烟气除尘设备和炉盖上下塞套对除尘效果的影响。针对烟尘发生的特性,对LF炉加料、通电和吹氩等操作和工艺进行了优化,减少了处理过程中烟气的发生量。同时经过验证,取消了LF炉炉盖下塞套,提高了除尘设备吸风能力。通过各项措施的共同实施,LF炉冒黄烟现象得以明显改善。
This paper introduced flue gas status of two LF furnaces at No. 1 Steelmaking Plant,Baosteel,analyzed the source and nature of flue gas during LF processing. Compared the flue gas under different processing stages and amount of argon blowing,researched the effect of LF dust removal equipment and plug sleeves in furnace lid to dust precipitation. For the occurrence of flue gas characteristics,LF furnace operations and processes such as feeding,power and argon blowing are optimized to reduce the amount of flue gas generated during processing. After verification,the down plug sleeve in furnace lid was cancelled to improve the suction capacity of dust removal equipment.Through the implementation of various measures,the phenomenon of taking yellow fume was significantly improved.
