摘要 基于有限元数值分析,建立岔管三维有限元模型,能够反映岔管在高内水压力作用下的整体应力及局部应力状态,能较为精确完整地反映钢岔管运行期的实际受力情况。以新疆某水电站高压钢岔管为例,采用AUTODESK软件建立模型导入有限元软件,修改后生成几何模型及有限元模型,采用壳单元进行模拟计算,取得了较为合理的成果,对于同类钢岔管的建模及计算有一定的参考意义。 Based on the numerical analysis of finite element method, the establishment of branch pipe three-dimensional finite element model can reflect the whole and local stress state of branch pipe under the action of high water pressure, the actual stress of bifurcated pipe is accurately reflected in operation period. This paper take a high pressure branch pipe of hydropower station in Xinjiang as an example, the Autodesk software is use to establish the model and imported the finite element software, the geometry model and finite element model are generated after modified. The shell element is used to simulate and obtained the reasonable results. It have a certain reference for similar steel branch pipe modeling and calculation.
