摘要 针对工作在煤矿井下恶劣环境中的电机车在换向和调速方面的不足,研制了一种新型矿用电机车直流斩波调速系统。该系统以STC15W4K32S4为控制核心,配合基于HCPL-316J的H桥式IGBT驱动电路,在实现电机车调速和换向的同时完成对硬件电路的各种保护功能。系统通过采集电机电枢端电压和电流瞬时值算法对无速度传感器直流电机进行转速控制,并加入回馈制动功能,可以有效延长蓄电池的使用时间,提高电机车工作效率。实验室数据表明该控制系统操作简单,换向稳定,调速过程平滑无振动,运行安全可靠,应用价值较高。 In view of the deficiency of the motor vehicle in reversing and speeding under the bad environment of coal mine,this paper developed a new DC chopper speed control system for mine electric locomotive.The system takes STC15W4K32S4 as the core control,with the H bridge IGBT driver circuit based on HCPL-316 J,can not only speeding and reversing but also achieve the the completion of various protective functions of the hardware circuit.The speed control of sensorless DC motor is carried out by using the motor armature terminal voltage and current instantaneous value algorithm.The system added regenerative braking,which can efficiently prolong the using time of the battery and improve the working efficiency of the electric locomotive.Laboratory data show that the control system is easy to operate,stable and smooth,no vibration,safe and reliable operation,therefor the system is of high application value.
