摘要
目的探讨并比较Llizarov外固定架与Carroll手术两种不同的方法治疗马蹄内翻足的疗效。方法回顾性分析采用Carroll手术入路与Llizarov外固定架治疗马蹄内翻足各23例患儿临床资料,采用l CFSG评分方法对比临床疗效。结果所有患儿术后随访6个月~3年,平均随访2.1年,均有明显改善,l CFSG评分术前术后均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。组间比较Carroll手术组较Llizarov外固定架有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 Carroll手术入路方法治疗马蹄内翻足可获得满意的疗效且较Llizarov外固定架术式具有一定的临床优势。
Objective To study and compare the Llizarov external fixator with two different methods Carroll surgery efficacy for the treatment of varus foot water chestnuts.Methods retrospective analysis of Carroll surgical approach and Llizarov external fixator in the treatment of horseshoe double foot all 23 patients clinical data,Dimeglio scoring method is used to contrast the clinical curative effect.Results All of postoperative follow-up of 6 months to 3 years,average 2.1 years of follow-up,all have improved,l CFSG score before operation were significantly statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Carroll is compared between group scores more Llizarov external fixator has significant statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Carroll surgical approach method to treat water chestnut varus foot can obtain satisfactory curative effect and Llizarov external fixator method has a certain clinical advantages.
