摘要
面对加入WTO后人才严重流失的现实,为了保护现有人才和吸引外部人才,关键的问题是能否营造一个社会环境,真正地做到慧眼识才,真心地用才、爱才,用事业、感情、待遇留住人才。
In the face of the reality that the talent runs off seriously while entering WTO in order to protect the existing and attract the outside talent the key problem is to build a social environment have exceptional insight make full use of and love wholehearted remain talent with the cause emotion and treatment.
