Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect and neurologic impairment of minimally invasive drilling drainage for the treatment of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage( HICH). Methods The clincial data of 120 HICH patients from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected, and they were divided into study group and control group, with 60 patients in each group. The study group was given minimally invasive drilling drainage, whereas the control group was treated with craniotomy evacuation of hematoma. The surgical index, hematoma volume and NIHSS and ADL score before and after surgery were observed. Results The operation duration, blood loss and hospital stay in the study group were less than those in the control group, there were significant differences( P〈0. 05). The hematoma volumes on 1 d,3 d and5 d after the surgery in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were significant( P〈0. 05). NIHSS and ADL scores in the study group were better than those in the control group, there were significant differences( P〈0. 05). Conclusion For patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, minimally invasive drilling drainage has better theraputic effect than the traditional craniotomy evacuation of hematoma and higher clinical value.
