慢性荨麻疹患者外周血IL-23和IL-33的表达及临床意义分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨外周血中IL-23和IL-33在慢性荨麻疹患者中的变化,分析其在临床治疗中的意义。方法选择56例慢性荨麻疹患者作为观察组,另选择健康对照组56例,采用双抗体夹心法免疫吸附试验,测定并分析两组血清中IL-23、IL-33的水平变化及相关性。结果治疗前观察组IL-23和IL-33水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。IL-25及IL-33的水平变化与病情程度呈正相关性。结论在慢性荨麻疹患者外周血中IL-23和IL-33表达水平明显升高,且与疾病严重程度呈正相关,在临床中具有广泛的应用价值,值得进一步推广。
