摘要
制备了一种由有机硅树脂和无机金属组成的硅烷钝化液,硅烷钝化液涂布在DC01型冷轧钢板表面形成硅烷有机无机复合杂化膜,研究了硅烷钝化液pH及金属离子对冷轧钢板耐腐蚀性能的影响,用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对硅烷杂化膜进行红外光谱分析,通过SEM扫描电镜对杂化膜的微观形貌进行表征,对涂布硅烷钝化液的冷轧钢板进行电化学分析,通过开路电位的测量、交流阻抗的总结、极化曲线的分析,研究了硅烷钝化液对冷轧钢板耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,硅烷钝化液pH为4.0、金属铈质量分数约为15%时形成的复合杂化膜涂布于冷轧钢板表面,金属表现出良好的耐腐蚀性能。
A kind of silane passivation solution consisting of silicone resin and inorganic metal was prepared, which could used to form organic-inorganic hybrid membrane on the surface of type DC01 cold rolled plate. The effects of pH of silane passivation solution and metal ions content on corrosion resistance of cold rolled plate were also studied. In addition, an infrared spectrum of the silane hybrid membrane was analyzed, and the microscopic morphology of hybrid membrane was characterized by SEM. The electrochemical analysis of the cold rolled plate coated with passivation solution was conducted, and the effect of different composition of passivation solution on corrosion resistance performance of cold rolled plate was explored by open circuit voltage, alternating impedance and polarization curve. The result showed that the corrosion resistance of cold rolled plate was good when the pH of passivation solution was 4.0 and the content of metal cerium was about 15%.
