摘要
针对20Cr2Ni4A主动螺旋锥齿轮表面在使用过程中发生剥落的现象,采用宏观检测、化学成分分析、显微组织观察和硬度测试对齿轮表面剥落原因进行分析。认为齿轮渗碳处理工艺不当造成其渗碳层组织不良导致材料的接触疲劳性能降低是齿轮表面剥落的主要原因。
Aiming at the problems of the appearance of spalling of 20Cr2Ni4A spiral bevel gear surface during the running, the reasons for gear surface spalling were analyzed by macro examination, chemical components analysis, microstructure observation and hardness test. The results show that the surface spalling of the gear is mainly due to the decrease of contact fatigue performance resulting from the bad carburizing layer structure which is induced by improper carburizing treatment process.
