摘要
本文通过镍铁渣的各种成分分析,排除了镍铁渣对环境和人体健康的危害,并将镍铁渣单一粉磨成不同比表面积,试验表明镍铁渣活性较低,不宜单独使用。将镍铁渣与石膏、矿渣及粉煤灰按不同比例共同粉磨至450(m2/kg)比表面积时其性能显著提高,镍铁渣二元体系或三元体系复合掺合料在混凝土中可起到多元复合效应,经试验和实际生产证明,镍铁渣复合掺合料可以作为混凝土的辅助胶凝材料。
By analyzing the components of Ni-Fe slag,this paper ruled out the hazard of Ni-Fe slag to human health and the environment.Then,Ni-Fe slag powder was grinded to different specific surface area.Test results showed that Ni-Fe slag had low activity,thus was not suitable for individual use.Then, the Ni-Fe slag was mixed with gypsum,mineral slag and fly ash in different proportions,and the mixture was grinded.When the specific surface area reached 450(m2/kg),the performance of the mixture was significantly improved.The Ni-Fe slag binary system or ternary system compound admixture can play a multiple-element composite effect in concrete.As proven by test and the actual production,Ni-Fe slag compound admixture can be used as an auxiliary cementing material for concrete.
