摘要
监察是我国宪法规定的一项重要监督制度。实施国家监察体制改革,整合重组监察职能,必然对宪法确立的人民代表大会制度、监督体系、公民权利和国家机构等产生影响。为适应国家监察体制改革,建议适时修改宪法,确认监察委员会的宪法地位,并对相关制度机制作出调整。
Supervision is one of the main monitoring mechanisms provided for by Chinese Constitution. The reform of the state supervision system and the integration of supervisory functions will inevitably have an impact on the people＇ s congress system, the monitoring system, civil rights and the structure of the state. To adapt to this reform, the author suggests that the Chinese Constitution be revised at an appropriate time to confirm the constitutional status of the Supervision Committee and make adjustments to the relevant systems and mechanisms.
