摘要
火力系统与底盘系统的匹配性是车载火炮整体性能的重要组成部分,匹配因素的选取对建立车载火炮火力与底盘系统匹配性评估模型具有至关重要的作用。由于动态匹配因素对匹配性的影响较为复杂且实际测取较为困难,为得到车载火炮火力与底盘系统动态匹配因素,并研究动态匹配因素对匹配性的影响规律,以某车载火炮的虚拟样机发射过程的射击稳定性仿真为基础进行动态匹配因素的分析。建立了车载火炮虚拟样机模型,用Fortran语言编写了炮膛合力和反后坐装置力程序,仿真得到各主要部件的运动规律,并得到了火力与底盘系统动态匹配因素。仿真结果表明:车载火炮射击时,火力系统与底盘系统组合的车载火炮系统振动幅度较小,系统匹配具有较好的稳定性。
The matching performance of the fire system and the chassis system is an important part of the overall performance of the wheeled vehicle gun,and the selection of the matching factors plays a crucial role in establishing the evaluation model of the fire and chassis system of the wheeled vehicle gun.By analyzing the factors which affect the main performance of firing stability,mobility and marching-warring conversion,the matching factors of the fire system and the chassis system of the wheeled vehicle gun are obtained,the virtual prototype of the wheeled vehicle gun is built,and the movement rules of the main components are derived by simulation and then the dynamic matching factors of the fire system and the chassis system are got.The results can provide the basis for the evaluation of the matching performance of the fire and chassis system of the wheeled vehicle gun.
