摘要
目的:探讨针刺八髎穴联合推拿治疗腰5、骶1椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:选取本院推拿科治疗的腰5、骶1椎间盘突出症患者98例,按随机数字表法分组,对照组49例予以针刺八髎穴治疗,研究组49例予以针刺八髎穴联合推拿治疗,测量治疗前后血清炎症因子指标、免疫指标水平、症状评分,同时对比临床疗效的发生情况。结果:对照组治疗有效率87.76%低于研究组治疗有效率97.96%,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,研究组治疗后VAS、ODI评分较低,JOA评分较高,治疗后血清TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8水平较低,治疗后血清Ig M、Ig G、补体C3水平较低,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺八髎穴联合推拿治疗能降低腰5、骶1椎间盘突出症患者血清炎症因子及免疫指标水平,改善症状,临床疗效显著。
Objective： To investigate the clinical curative effect of Baliao acupoints acupuncture combined with massage in the treatment of lumbar 5 and sacral 1 intervertebral disc herniation. Methods： A total of 98 cases of patients with lumbar 5 and sacral1 intervertebral disc herniation in massage department in our hospital were selected and divided into 2 groups,grouped by random number table method. The control group＇s 49 cases were treated with Baliao acupoints acupuncture. The experiment group＇s 49 cases were treated with Baliao acupoints acupuncture combined with massage. Serum inflammatory factor index,immune index levels,the symptom score and the clinical efficacy were compared before and after treatment. Results： The effective rate in the control group was 87. 76% which was lower than the experiment group＇ s 97. 96% with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Compared with the control group,the VAS and ODI scores were lower and the JOA score higher after treatment in the experiment group. Serum levels of TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6 and IL-8 were lower after treatment and serum levels of Ig M,Ig G and complement C3 were lower after treatment with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Baliao acupoints acupuncture combined with massage can reduce serum inflammatory factor index and immune index levels in patients with lumbar 5 and sacral 1 intervertebral disc herniation,improve symptoms and the clinical curative effect was remarkable.
