摘要
大骨节病是一种病因不明的地方性骨关节疾病,常常造成严重的疾病负担。近年来,随着精准医学的发展,大量研究从基因、蛋白水平对大骨节病的机制进行探索,研究发现PI3K/Akt信号通路对大骨节病的发生发展有重要作用。本文将对该信号通路在大骨节病研究中作用及前景进行综述,为进一步探索大骨节病的发病机制提供科学依据。
Kashin-beck disease (KBD) is a kind of unknown endemic osteoarticular disease,which always causes severe burdens for families. In recent years,lots of studies have explored the pathogenesis of KBD at the levels of genes and proteins with the development of the precision medicine,and found that the PI3K/Akt signal pathway had a great significance on the molecular mechanism of KBD. This article summarizes the present studies and prospects of the PI3K/Akt signal pathways on the pathogenesis of KBD,providing scientific basis to the further explorations of the pathogenesis of KBD.
