摘要
当前,我国面临的网络意识形态安全问题的主要形式为利用网络丑化国家领导人、批判中国当前的政治制度、借生态环境之名抹黑我国政府的执政能力、为"三股势力"提供宣传载体、借群体性事件恶意炒作冲淡思想主旋律等。对此,政府主管部门必须要高度重视、时刻关注,掌握网络舆情的动向,发挥主流媒体的作用,教育引导群众;网络安全部门要做好互联网监管工作,有的放矢,防患未然。
At present, the problems of network ideological security that China is facing with mainly include demonizing the state leaders by the network, criticizing Chinese current political system, defaming the law enforcement capability of Chinese government by the name of ecological environment, providing propaganda carrier for the ＂three forces＂ and diluting thinking theme by speculating mass disturbance hostilely. So the responsible departments must emphasize and master the trend of public opinion in network, educate the masses with the role of mainstream media. The security department on network should do well in network supervision and take prevennve measures.
