摘要
通过对高盐水零排放装置中关键运行参数COD、硬度、pH值、TDS、膜收率及蒸汽平衡等指标的分析,确定了关键运行指标的控制措施和控制范围。其中,减量化预处理COD应小于80 mg/L,硬度为100~150 mg/L,pH值在6.8左右,膜收率在90%,TDS在40 000 mg/L以内;蒸发单元pH值在5.5左右,进水硬度小于1500 mg/L,COD小于500 mg/L,TDS小于130 000 mg/L;结晶单元TDS控制在400 000 mg/L左右,Cl^-含量低于35 000 mg/L,硝酸盐含量在8%以下。为零排放装置的稳定运行积累了宝贵的运行数据和运行经验。
The controlling range and measures of key operation parameters were determined by analyzing COD, water hardness, pH, TDS, the yield of reverse osmosis membrane, steam balance, etc. The COD should be less than 80 mg/L, hardness from 100 mg/L to 150 mg/ L, pH around 6.8, yield of reverse osmosis membrane around 90% , TDS less than 40 000 mg/L. In evaporation unit pH should be around 5.5, hardness of inlet water less than 1500 mg/L, COD less than 500 mg/L, TDS less than 130 000 mg/L. In crystallization unit, TDS should be around 400 000 mg/L, Cl- less than 35 000 mg/L, nitrate less than 8% . Valuable operation experience and data were provided for stable operation of the zero discharge device of waste water with high salinity.
