摘要
企业在用人的过程中标准在不断变化,导致大学生在毕业之后难以满足岗位需求而出现就业难的现象,这需要大学生在校期间完成转变。社会实践活动能够在根本上培养学生的就业能力,同时,也能够在基础上促进学生的发展和进步。倡导高校开展社会实践活动,以便于更好地提升大学生的就业能力。
The standards of enterprises＇ choosing and employing staff are changing all the time, which lead to the phenomenon of employment difficulty because it＇s not easy for college students to meet the changing job requirements after graduation. In this case, it＇s necessary for the colleges students to complete the transition on campus. Social practice can fundamentally cultivate the students＇ employment ability, and it can promote students＇ development and progress from the basis. Therefore, institutions in higher education are advocated to carry out social practice activities, so that the favorable employment ability can be cultivated on the part of college students.
