摘要
介绍水利工程质量试验检测信息管理系统的设计要求,功能设计方法,以及该信息管理系统的特点。该信息管理系统采用B/S结构模式,在流程设计中,融入水利工程质量试验检测资质管理要素,使试验检测的过程更加规范科学,节省人力物力,提高检测管理的工作效率。
The article introduces the design requirements, functional design methods and the characteristics of the information management system for quality testing in hydraulic project. The B/S（Browser/Server） model is adopted in the information management system. By means of the elements of management on testing qualification of hydraulic engineering added to the designing process, the quality testing process is more standardized, saves manpower, and improves the work efficiency of testing management.
