摘要 针对评价值为模糊数的工程方案优选问题,通过Z-numbers模糊数方法建立模糊评价矩阵,考虑了各决策主体的可靠程度,将模糊推理引入PROMETHE方法,对方案进行优先排序。运用Matlab的模糊推理系统工具箱构建模糊规则模型,计算每两对方案的差别度,采用模糊语言评价代替优先函数的选择,得到各方案在不同属性下的优先指数,并根据综合优序级别值对各备选方案进行排序,获得最优方案。最后通过一个工程案例进行计算和分析,证明了该方法对工程方案优选问题具有良好的实践价值。 Aiming at the optimization of engineering schemes with fuzzy evaluation,an improved PROMETHEE method based on Z-numbers theory is proposed. The reliability of decision makers is considered and a fuzzy matrix is established through Z-numbers theory. The PROMETHEE method combined with fuzzy inference was introduced,and the global preference index is obtained by the FIS Toolbox of Matlab. Instead of selecting preference function,this method uses fuzzy languages to get priority index of each scheme. The comprehensive outranking describes the priority sequence of alternatives. At last,an example illustrates the method is practical in the selection of engineering schemes.
