摘要
分别以二甘醇、三甘醇为核分子,自制的2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)作为单体,合成两种不同核、不同代数的超支化聚酯(HBP)。合成HBP1较佳工艺条件为:n(DMPA):n(二甘醇或三甘醇)=2:1,反应温度135℃~140℃,减压脱水3 h;合成HBP_2较佳工艺条件为:n(DMPA):n(HBP_1)=4:1,反应温度140℃~145℃,减压脱水6 h。合成HBP3较佳工艺条件为:n(DMPA):n(HBP_2)=8:1,反应温度160℃~165℃,减压脱水8 h。通过跟踪产物酸值与羟值确保反应进程。另外,应用红外光谱对反应中间体与产物进行了红外结构表征。结果表明,产品HBP结构与预期相符。
Respectively with diethylene glycol, triethylene glycol for nuclear molecule,2,2-dihydroxy methyl propionic acid(DMPA)made by myself as the monomer,different nuclear and algebra of hyperbranched polyester(HBP) were synthesized.Synthetic technological conditions for HBP1 as follows:n(DMPA):n(diethylene glycol or triethylene glycol)=2:1,reaction temperature 135 ℃~140 ℃,decompression dehydration 3 h.Synthetic technological conditions on HBP2 as follows:n(DMPA):n(HBP1)=4:1,reaction temperature 140 ℃~145 ℃,decompression dehydration 6 h.Synthetic better technological conditions on HBP3 as follows,n(DMPA):n(HBP2)=8:1,reaction temperature 160 ℃~165 ℃,decompression dehydration 8 h.The reaction process were ensured through tracking the product acid value and hydroxyl value.Theirs structure of intermediates and product were characterized through infrared spectrum.The results showed that the structure of the product with expectations.
