摘要
针对小样本碳化试验研究预应力混凝土耐久性出现的研究方法较为单一、可靠性较差等问题,采用大批次、小尺寸构件,利用碳化试验和表面渗透性试验,研究不同应力状态和构件抗压强度对预应力混凝土构件耐久性的影响。研究结果表明:应力状态和构件抗压强度对预应力混凝土结构碳化深度有显著影响,同等条件下,应力越大,混凝土构件碳化深度越小;应力状态对混凝土表层渗透性无明显影响,而构件抗压强度却对其有明显影响,构件抗压强度越高,抗渗性能越好。
It was single research method,poor reliability through small samples carbonization experiment to study durability of prestressed concrete. The paper studied the durability of prestressed concrete in different stress state and compressive strength by using a large batch of small size members through carbonization and surface permeability tests. The research results showed that the stress state and compressive strength had a significant impact on the carbonization depth of prestressed concrete members. Under the same conditions,the bigger the stress,the smaller the carbonation depth of concrete members. The stress state had no obvious influence on permeability of concrete surface. The compressive strength had obvious influence on permeability of concrete surface. The higher the compressive strength,the better the impermeability of concrete members.
