摘要
目的观察氨甲环酸片联合谷胱甘肽注射液、胶原贴对黄褐斑患者近期疗效及黄褐斑面积和严重程度指数(MASI)评分的影响。方法 110例黄褐斑患者随机分为对照组和试验组,每组55例。对照组患者用谷胱甘肽治疗联合胶原贴外敷,静脉滴注谷胱甘肽注射液1.2 g,加入0.9%NaCl或5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL中,正常滴速;胶原贴敷料外敷30 min,每周治疗2次,8周为1个疗程。试验组在对照组的基础上口服氨甲环酸片,每次250 mg,每日2次,连服2个月。比较2组患者的近期疗效及MASI评分情况。结果试验组总有效率为87.27%(48/55例),对照组为69.09%(38/55例),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2,4,6个月后,对照组患者的MASI评分分别为(10.42±3.39),(7.94±2.36),(6.97±1.30)分;试验组分别为(9.17±2.86),(6.38±2.87),(5.14±1.30)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组出现1例恶心,未经特殊处理后自行好转;对照组未出现明显的药物不良反应。结论氨甲环酸联合谷胱甘肽、胶原贴可以明显改善黄褐斑患者的皮损面积和严重程度,疗效显著。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and melisma area severity index(MASI) score of tranexamic acid combined with glutathione,coltagen effect in patients with chloasma.Methods A total of110 patients with chloasma were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,each group 55 cases.Control group was treated with glutathione combined with collagen patch applying,glutathione injection1.2 g add 0.9%NaCl or 5%glucose injection 250 mL,intravenous drip,drip speed normal;collagen dressing with 30 min treatment,2times a week,8 weeks a courses.Treatment group was treated with oral ammonia tranexamic acid tablets 250 mg based on control group,2 times a day,and last for 2 months.Compared the clincial efficacy and MASI score between the two groups.Results The total efficacy in treatment group was 87.27%(48/55),had significant difference with that in control group,which was 69.09%(38/55,P〈0.05).After 2,4,6months,MASI scores in control group were 10.42 ±3.39,7.94 ±2.36,6.97 ± 1.30,had significant difference with those in treatment group,which were 9.17 ± 2.86,6.38 ± 2.87,5.14 ± 1.30(P〈0.05).Patients in treatment group had 1 case of nausea,without special treatment,and no adverse drug reactions occurred in control group.Conclusion Tranexamic acid combined with glutathione,collagen paste can obviously improve the chloasma patients with psoriasis area and severity,the curative effect is remarkable.
