摘要
"适性教育"理念强调幼儿教育应当顺应幼儿天性,培养幼儿习性,发展幼儿个性。实践这一理念应以适时、适宜、适度为基本原则,由此开展的园本课程建设既应呵护幼儿的本真天性,合理设置课程目标与结构,又要关注幼儿良好习性与个性的培养,做好环境创设、游戏活动、幼儿观察评价等方面的工作。
The concept of "adaptive education" emphasizes that early childhood education should adapt to children's nature, cultivate their habits and develop their personality. Construction of curriculum guided by this concept should take care of the nature of children, set the courses' objectives and struc- tures reasonably, focus on children's development on good habits and personalities, and pay attention to the work of environmental creation, game activities, observation and evaluation on children.
