摘要 蛋白酶活化受体2(PAR2)属于蛋白酶活化受体家族,在许多组织细胞中广泛表达,特别是上皮细胞、肥大细胞、神经元和星形胶质细胞等。PAR2在全身广泛分布,激活后可促进细胞的增殖、分化、产生和释放多种蛋白,从而发挥不同的生物效应。PAR2在许多生理功能上发挥重要作用,如抗细胞凋亡、血管内皮细胞的分裂和增殖、视神经的发育再生以及肿瘤细胞的发生、发展和转移等。另外,PAR2在疼痛传导通路和慢性疼痛的发展中也发挥着重要作用。 Protease-activated receptor 2(PAR2) belongs to the protease-activated receptors family,that are expressed in many body tissues especially in different epithelial cells,mast cells,neurons and astrocytes. PAR2 is widely distributed in the whole body,the activation of which can promote cell proliferation,differentiation,production and release of a variety of proteins,thus play different biological effects. PARs play different physiological roles according to the location of their expression. PAR2 plays an important role in many physiological functions: such as apoptosis,division and proliferation of vascular endothelial cells,development of optic nerve regeneration,tumor occurrence,development and metastasis. Increased evidence supports the importance of PAR2 activation in nociceptive signaling pathway and in the development of chronic pain states.
