摘要 微RNAs(miRNAs)是一类在体内分布广泛的小分子,参与细胞生长、分化等体内多种生理和病理过程的调节,与肿瘤、糖尿病等多种疾病的发生、发展密切相关。机体或病灶组织释放的miRNA在循环中稳定性较好,不易被降解。miRNA水平的变化可预示疾病变化,对于早期症状不明显以及临床组织标本获得困难导致难以进行早期诊断的疾病,miRNA可以作为新的早期诊断标志物。 MicroRNAs(miRNAs),a series of small noncoding RNAs,are widely distributed in human body and involve in the regulation of multiple physiological and pathological processes including cell growth and differentiation. They have close relation to the occurrence and progression of a great variety of disorders including cancer and diabetes. miRNAs in blood circulation released from normal or lesion tissues are usually stable and less susceptible to degradation. The variations of miRNA levels can predict and reflect the changes of disease status or even serve as novel markers for early diagnosis for illnesses with nonspecific early symptoms or difficult access to the tissue specimen.
