摘要
将SiO_2粉末经盐酸活化,以浸渍法制备负载磷钨酸催化剂.运用X-射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)等分析手段对所制备催化剂的组成和结构进行表征.结果表明,磷钨酸成功负载于载体表面,红外光谱显示磷钨酸仍保持Kiggin结构.以催化H_2O_2氧化环己酮合成己二酸的反应来考察催化剂对己二酸绿色合成的催化活性,在最佳催化反应条件下己二酸产率可达81.2%.
The catalysts with different loading amount phosphotungstic acid,with silica activated by HC1,were prepared via a wet impregnation method.The structure and properties of them were characterized by XRD,FT-IR and XPS.XRD and XPS analysis of PTA/SiO2 indicates that the particles of HPW are amorphously uniformly distributed on the surface of the silica.FT-IR spectra analysis show that the Keggin structure of PTA does not change when PTA is supported on silica.And the catalytic activity is evaluated by the reaction of H2O2 catalyzed cyclohexanone to synthesize adipic acid.The yield of this reaction reaches 81.2% under the proper condition.
