某岛礁型海水冷却系统的设计与实现

摘要 文中探讨了某岛礁型雷达海水冷却系统的设计与实现过程,并就这一过程中出现的问题提出了相应的技术解决方案。,同时针对特殊的岛礁使用环境,提出了模块化、分布式海水冷却系统的设计思路。该冷却系统除以海水冷却为主工作模式外,还以风冷为备用工作模式,这2种工作模式可自动切换。实践证明,该海水冷却系统除满足岛礁雷达冷却要求外,还兼顾了岛礁装备的运输、架设及无人值守等方面的要求,具有一定的推广应用价值。 In this paper the design and implementation process of a seawater cooling system for a reef-type ra- dar are discussed. And the corresponding technology solutions to the problems in the process are given. At the same time, the design idea of modular and distributed seawater cooling system is put forward according to the special environment of island reef in the South China Sea. The cooling system takes the seawater cooling as the main operation mode and the air cooling as the standby operation mode. The two modes can be automatically switched. Practice has proved that the seawater cooling system not only can meet the cooling requirements of the reef-type radar, but also takes into consideration the transportation, erection and unattended requirements of the island reef equipment.
