摘要
目的探索改良送管方法预防经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(peripherally inserted central catheter,PICC)异位至颈内静脉的应用效果。方法 2015年6-12月便利抽样法选取嘉兴学院附属第一医院需留置PICC导管的住院患者400例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各200例,对照组采用常规送管方法,观察组采用改良送管方法。比较两组患者一次送管成功率、导管异位至颈内静脉发生率。结果对照组一次送管成功179例(成功率为89.5%),导管异位至颈内静脉21例(异位率为10.5%),观察组一次送管成功198例(成功率为99.0%),导管异位至颈内静脉2例(异位率为1.0%),两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论采用改良送管方法,能提高一次送管成功率,降低颈内静脉异位发生率,确保导管安全留置,为预防导管异位提供临床实践与理论依据。
Objective To explore the application effect of the improved delivery tube method in the preven-tion of peripherally inserted central catheter（PICC）catheter heterotopic to internal j ugular vein.Methods By using convenience sampling,400 cases were selected and randomly divided into control group and obser-vation group,with 200 cases in each group.The control group was applied with conventional method of feeding tube,while the observation group was received a modified tube feeding method.The success rate of one-time delivery tube and the incidence of internal j ugular vein were compared between the two groups. Results In the control group,the successful cases of one-time delivery tube were 179（89.5%）,21（10.5%） cases occurred internal jugular vein ectopic.In the observation group,the above two incidence were 198 ca-ses（99.0%）,and 2 cases（1.0%）,respectively.Conclusions Adopting improved delivery method can improve the success rate of one-time delivery tube,reduce the incidence of internal j ugular vein,ensure the safety of the catheter,so as to provide clinical practice and theoretical basis for the prevention of catheter ectopic.
