Determination of each crystal phase content in aluminum trihydride

摘要 用TOPAS定量分析软件建立了三氢化铝中各晶相含量测定的新方法。该方法快速、简洁、可靠,对三氢化铝的合成工艺和质量控制有重大意义。 The new method for determining the content of each crystal phase in aluminum trihydride was established by using the TOPAS quantitative analysis software. This method is rapid, simple and reliable. It has great significance for the synthesis process and quality control of aluminum trihydride.
