摘要
针对如何科学评价基层税务干部岗位能力问题,通过访谈法和问卷法,以基层税务干部为研究对象,设计岗位能力评价指标体系,并通过层次分析和模糊综合评价法,对各评价指标的权重进行计算,旨在构建一套覆盖全面、科学合理、操作性强且符合税务单位特点的基层税务干部岗位能力评价体系。最后,针对基层税务干部能力的评价结果,提出应用建议。
In order to post ability tax grassroots cadres scientific evaluation, through interview and questionnaire, to tax grassroots cadres as the research object,the evaluation index system design and post ability,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on AHP,the weight of each evaluation index is calculated, and aims to build a comprehensive,scientific and reasonable evaluation of post ability of grass-roots tax cadre system of Taxation and in accordance with the characteristics of the unit. Finally,according to the tax grassroots cadres ability evaluation results, put forward the application suggestion.
