摘要
21世纪是知识经济的时代,"软实力"在大学生就业等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用,但理工科大学生十分注重学历、技能、证书等"硬实力",对其自身的"软实力"状况重视程度不足,这在很大程度上制约着他们的发展。而提高大学生"软实力",需要学生、家庭、学校以及社会等多方面的共同努力。
The twenty-first century is the era of knowledge econ- omy, and the ＂soft power＂ plays a more and more important role in college students＇ employment, but the science and engineering students attaches great importance to education, skills, cellifi- cates and other ＂hard power＂. Their ＂soft power＂ is inadequate, which in a large extent restricts their development. In order to enhance their ＂soft power＂, students, school and community need to work together.
