摘要
采用熔体流动速率仪研究了热塑性聚烯烃树脂熔体熔融指数与测试温度及荷载的变化关系,对比了釜内聚合聚丙烯合金树脂(P-TPO)、共混聚丙烯弹性体、聚乙烯以及碳酸钙填充P-TPO树脂对其影响,并采用最小二乘法对测试结果进行回归分析。结果表明,在相同荷载下,温度每升高10℃,热塑性聚烯烃树脂的熔融指数增大1.23倍,材料的熔融指数与实验载荷之间呈幂函数和指数函数相耦合的函数关系。
Relationship between the test temperature,test load and the melt flow index (MFL) of Polypropylene alloy resin(P- TPO)was investigated according to the melt flow index instrument. Compared different effect on the index from polypropylene alloy resin (P-TPO),Propylene-based Elastomer(PPE),Polyethylene,P-TPO filled with CaCO3. Meanwhile,regression analysis on the test results was carried out by the least square method. Results show that the melt flow index of thermoplastic polyolefin increased to 1.23 times with the increasing of temperature by 10 ℃ under same load,and a melt index has a complex function of power function and exponential function with experimental load.
