摘要
基于某超高层塔楼项目,通过运用BIM技术、工程项目管理云平台等信息化手段,实现对项目整个施工过程的管理控制。以各专业BIM模型为基础,对项目重难点问题进行分析,从技术层面对工程项目进行管控。通过工程项目管理云平台的应用,实现项目各参与方的协同工作,从组织层面对项目进行管理。将BIM技术与工程项目管理平台集成应用,实现项目施工过程精细化管理的目标。
Based on the super-high rise tower building project, the management for the whole construction process is controlled through BIM technology and project management cloud platform. The difficulties of the project are analyzed, and the project is controlled from technology level based on BIM models. Cooperative work could be achieved through project management cloud platform, so as to manage the project from the level of organization, and integrate BIM with project management platform to achieve the goals of meticulous management of the construction process.
