摘要
传统的施工管理进度控制都是采用横道图,依据施工方案进行计划的编制、跟踪和对应的数据分析。BIM技术在核电施工进度计划中的应用是通过对传统的横道图进度管理方法进行分析,引入"三维+时间"的4D管理理念,研究出施工进度计划与三维立体模型进行联动的方法和途径,同时,将这种方法和途径应用在核电工程实践中,取得了良好的效果。
The Gantt chart is used through the traditional progress control of the procedure, making and tracking the plan based on the construction scheme and getting corresponding data. Through analyzing the traditional Gantt chart progress control method, the BIM technology is induced the 4D management concept of ‘3D +time' to the scheduling of the nuclear construction, which has linked the construction scheduling and the 3D model, it proved that this method works well after being applied in the nuclear engineering.
