输送钢带的力学特性分析与仿真 被引量:6

Analysis and Simulation of the Mechanical Property of Transmission Steel Belt

摘要 为了满足钢带在传动过程中的强度和使用寿命要求,通过对输送钢带进行力学特性分析,得出了初始拉力、钢带厚度和滚筒直径是影响钢带应力变化的主要原因,以及最大应力可能出现的位置,并基于理论进行了钢带的运动分析和动力分析。最后利用Recur Dyn软件对钢带进行仿真,得出相关运动学和动力学曲线,与理论分析进行对比,为钢带输送的设计和计算提供参考。 In order to meet the requirements of strength and service life of steel belt in the transmission process,the mechanical property of the transmission steel belt is analyzed,and comes to the conclusion that the main reasons for the changes of the steel belt stress are the initial tension,the thickness of the steel belt,roller diameter,and finds out where the maximum stress may occur. At the same time,based on theory,the kinetic and dynamic characteristics of steel belt are analyzed. Finally,by using the Recur Dyn software,steel belt is stimulated,the relevant dynamics and kinematics curves are got and compared with the theoretical analysis,a reference for the design and calculation of steel belt is provided.
