摘要
考虑了时变啮合刚度及非线性间隙,并考虑了断齿引起齿轮系统的质量偏心,综合建立了单级直齿圆柱齿轮扭转振动模型。通过多尺度法分析了振动模型的主共振及组合共振,并由奇异性讨论了不同质量偏心引起的不同分岔模式,全面地展示了断齿故障的动力学机理,从而为齿轮系统断齿故障的诊断提供坚实的理论基础。
The torsional vibration model of the spur gear system with time- variant mesh stiffness,nonlinear clearance and the mass eccentricity caused by tooth breakage is established. The primary resonance and combined resonance of the model with tooth breakage are analyzed by multi- scale method. Then the different mass eccentricity causes the different bifurcation mode of the gear system by the singularity analysis,which comprehensively shows the dynamics mechanism of the tooth breakage fault. The results obtained herein can provide a theoretical basis for broken fault diagnosis of gearbox.
