摘要
利用自媒体进行大学生思想政治教育是一种新手段和方法。对大学生开展思想政治教育工作首先要了解需求,培养行为习惯。马斯洛需求层次理论从人类需求方面揭示了人的需要和行为之间有着必然的联系。以马斯洛需求层次理论为基础,以自媒体环境为载体,结合大学生群体的特殊需求和心理特点,对大学生进行正确的引导,有针对性的开展思想政治教育,从而增强思想政治教育的时效性和感染力,帮助大学生树立积极牢固的世界观和价值观。
Using self media to carry out ideological and political education for undergraduate students is anovel means and method. It is very important for college student ideological and political education beforeunderstanding needs and cultivating behavior and habits. Maslow＇s hierarchy of needs theory reveals thegeneral law of human＇s all-round development, and there is a certain relationship between human＇s needand behavior. When carrying out the ideological and political education for college students, we shouldhave the correct guidance combined with the special needs and psychological characteristics based on theMaslow＇s hierarchy of needs theory and the media environment carrier. They will enhance the effectivenessand appeal of ideological and political education and useful to help students to establish a strong positiveoutlook on the world and value.
