摘要
对扣件式钢管改制为承插型盘扣式的钢管支架体系进行了分析研究。扣件式钢管支架作为以往施工中主要的脚手架设备,在建筑施工企业中有大量库存,但其安全性低、操作不便。通过改制为承插型盘扣式支架,不仅盘活了固定资产,实现了循环利用,同时可模块化生产,优化了杆件的模数,便于现场操作和管理,提高周转使用率。经实践验证,其应用效果良好,具有较好的环境效益和经济效益。
A reformed steel pipe support system with socket and disk fastener has been analyzed in this paper. Formerly, the fastener-style steel pipe support is a kind of commonly used scaffold equipment in construction, and there is a lot of inventory in the construction enterprises. However, its security is low, and its operation is inconvenient. Our reformed socket-and disk fastener-style support not only activated the fixed assets, but also realized the recycling. While at the same time, its modular production and optimization of the modulus could facilitate the site operation and management and improve the turnover rate. After practical verification, its application effect is excellent, and it has good economic and environmental benefits.
