摘要
目的分析肱骨近端粉碎性骨折应用人工肱骨头置换术的临床价值。方法选取66例2015年2月—2016年2月的肱骨近端粉碎性骨折患者,研究组给予人工肱骨头置换术治疗,对照组给予钢板内固定术治疗。结果两组手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、并发症发生率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的Constant-Murley评分高于对照组。结论人工肱骨头置换术治疗的临床效果显著。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of humeral head replacement in the treatment of comminuted fractures of the proximal humerus. Methods 66 patients with comminuted proximal humeral fractures from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected. The study group was treated with artificial humeral head replacement, and the control group was treated with internal fixation with steel plate. Results There was significant difference between the two groups in operation time, hospitalization time, intraoperative blood loss and complication rate （P 〈 0.05）. The Constant-Murley score of the study group was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion The clinical effect of artificial humeral head replacement is significant.
