摘要
论文总结了科技型中小企业融资过程中存在的不足,然后分析了"新三板"对其融资方面造成的影响,并根据影响提出"新三板"相应的改善对策,进而为中小型企业融资创设良好的金融和市场环境。
This paper summarizes the deficiencies in the financing process of technology-based SMEs, and analyzes the impact of＂ new three board＂ on its financing, then according to its impact puts forward corresponding improvement countermeasures, creating a good financial and market environment for small and medium-sized enterprises.
